By Kelley Nuttle, Blogger of the Month for December
For this post, I thought I would share some pictures around the farm. First is a look at our barn that was used to sell Christmas trees. It needs a little TLC this coming spring. A window was busted out by the wind recently (imagine that … in Kansas? Haha) so we need to get that replaced, as well as some boards and possibly paint.
Our dog, Diesel, and son wanted in on the picture fun too! Poor baby hit his face on a toy the day before so he has some color under his eye!
Next shows the signs that they had up for their customers.
Here is a look at the smaller trees on the farm.
Last year when we went on our hunt for our Christmas tree, we walked all through the big and small trees. There is a pathway that is pretty neat to walk in the big tree section.
Last but not least is our big tree located in the front yard! We plan on decorating it like a Christmas tree eventually. It is perfect for it!
Have you been to a tree farm? How was your experience? I’d love to hear!
